A lot of work and some great articles

Been extremely busy teaching Krav Maga and Kettlebells lately so  haven’t had time to do any serious training myself. My own work has been FMS corrections, Single leg dead lifts, single leg military presses and some grip work. It all falls into place thoug since my toe still isn’t healed up completely…

Cant wait until I can start train hard again… I won’t move back to the same balls to the walls tempo as before my injuries though, the training will be a lot smarter and by that a lot harder in a safe way… can’t wait.

Tomorrow I’ll be teaching a Krav Maga seminar on basics and the connetion between the basics and weapon defenses. On sunday me and one of my advanced students will do a exhibition at www.fighterextreme.se – a martial arts competition with Muay Thai, MMA and Submission wrestling fights. Will be great!

Here is some links to two really great blog posts written by Dr Mark Chen, RKC Team Leader.
