Pro Fight at The Zone Evolution

Today i signed up for my first Pro MMA fight (actually my first MMA fight ever), it’s a big step for me and I see it as a challenge for myself to test myself against a professional fighter that is preparing for the fight. It’ll be a hard challenge no matter who my opponent will be and the only thing I can do is prepare as much as possible and as professional as possible to give myself the best chance I can to win the fight. Krav Maga Exhibition at Fighter Extreme

Alexander ‘The Mauler’ Gustafsson wins in the UFC

For a while now I’ve had the pleasure of coaching Alexander Gustafsson in his preparations for his first fight in the UFC at the UFC 105 in Manchster, England. On the 14/11 I was teaching a Krav Maga seminar in Motala and I heard from a friend that he knew the result of Alexanders fight (this was on the afternoon), I sent Alex an SMS and asked about his fight and i got an message back that he won after 41 sek in the first round by knock out, man was I happy for Alexander (still am)!
He has been like a wrecking crew when we train, and his results has been improving all the time, never giving up – no matter how tired he is, he still just goes on and on… and on…
Cant wait to get back to train Alexander and continue to help him improve his physical possibilities, strength, endurance, movement, recovery…

Kristina Jelenic wins European Cup, ITF-Taekwon-do

Kristina Jelenic is a fighter in the Swedish National Team of ITF Taekwon-do, she has been training with me for about one month – together with the other sponsored fighters in Team Tenacity. She is really strong and never stops working. I’m really proud to have Kristina training with me!
Kristina went to Lublin in Poland to compete in Sparring and Team Sparring in the European Cup (European Cup is an international competition for blue belts and up) last weekend as a representative for the Swedish natioal team.
Kristina won her weight class (-58 kg) in the individual and her fight in the team competition. Watch the video of the final further down on this page. (more…)
