I would say that you should rest at leas one day a week, to let the body recover. If you train hard you should rest more than that.

You can choose, 3 days of training then rest or rest when you feel like it. Make sure that you listen to your body, if you feel a bit slow and tired one day, then let the bells rest that day, you&#039;ll feel much more fresh and ready to train the day after.

I was just wondering how often should we train. I mean, my father alway keeps reminding me that I shouldn´t train with kettlebells every day, because the body needs to rest the day after practice. But ever since that krav maga summer kamp 09(where we´ve met by the way) I was amazed by the kettlebells and now I train with them every day(more or less). So...I was kinda hoping you could tell me whether it´s ok to train every day or not.
