Light session today, kept the session focused on corrective strategies from the FMS and light kettlebell work, took about forty minutes in all and it felt really good to get to do some training by myself again. Been coaching and teaching alot lately so some work on the old body was good… the grip work felt solid even if it’s been a while… FMS pays off!
