Getting ready for Germany

No Kettlebell lifting today, been way to busy to get time to do it, not a good thing, not a good thing!
Tomorrow morning I’m leaving for Germany to teach 4 seminars.
Locations of seminars
14/11 – Aachen (Defending problems while on the ground).
15/11 – Dortmund (3rd party protection).
16/11 – Frankfurt (Defending attacks in and around a car).
17/11 – Disen (Use of common objects to defend).

Will be nice to meet my german friends again, been a long while since I was in germany now…
