Muay Thai in Thailand

Last week i was in Thailand and did some training while on vacation. I trained at Sinbi Muay Thai in Nai Harn for a few days. They had morning and afternoon sessions and I did that twice and one day with only afternoon training.
All trainer have a lot of fighting experience which shows real well when they work the pads, extremely good timing and very easy to work with, it’s so fun to just hit the pads for once, just being the student and listening to someone with all that knowledge in their style is a great experience!
I worked mostly with a trainer called Eyat, he had a really nice way of letting you know what was good and when you were open while attacking.
At Sinbi I met Svempa from Glommens Thaibox Muay Thai Falkenberg, we talked a lot and shared some ideas, really nice guy.
The training at Sinbi was nice and followed the same pattern, running/rope skipping, stretch, shadow boxing, 5 rounds of pad work with trainer, heavy bag work, sparring/boxing sparring/clinch… really liked the simplicity of the training, easy and effective…
Here’s some pictures from my training at Sinbi.
