Yesterday I decided to put some packages together for people that want to train privately and semi-privately with me. The reason for that is that if someone trains more than one session I have a much bigger chance to help you with your training, the consistency in the training increases and therefore the student will get more results in the long run.
The private training gives me a chance to look at what you as a person needs to improve and work on that to make sure that your skill level increases whether it’s Krav Maga or Kettlebells. The Krav Maga sessions can be focused on technique improval, punching and kicking, defending knife, defending punches, footwork, sparring, training for the next level test. It doesn’t make any difference if you’re a beginner or an instructor in Krav Maga, I’ll help you move on to the next step.
Kettlebell training is something that will help you improve your training, your present skill level or physique is not important, everyone has something to gain from training with kettlebells.

There is 3 packages, 1 session, 5 sessions and 10 sessions, I have put them up as either Kettlebell or Krav Maga sessions but there is no problem at all to mix it up and do both.
All 3 types can be payed by credit card directly on the web and the 2 bigger packages can be divided into 3, 6, 12 or 24 moths with 0% interest.
Anyone that buys one of the packages will get a discount on one kettlebell (once/person). Buying one session gives you 10% discount, 5 sessions gives you 15% discount and 10 classes gives you a discount of 20%!
