Teancity – Tactical Strength is now proudly sponsoring Elina Nilsson. Elina is the only professional female MMA- fighter in Sweden and she also trains and competes in Muay Thai and Boxing.
Today was her first session with me and the Kettlebells, and it’s looking really good. The preparation for Elina will be ongoing to give her an extra gear to when it’s needed. As a pro-fighter she already has an awesome physique and the goal is to make ite even better i all areas…
