KB/BW – Work Capacity – Swing, Squat, Push-up
KBBW-WC-001 is a simplistic work capacity program utilising 3 exercises, the Kettlebells Swing (2 and 1 hand variations), The Kettlebell Goblet Squat and the Push-up.
The goal of the program is to improve your general work capacity and strength over a period of 4 weeks.
You will be doing 3 training sessions/week and on the other days you can choose to rest or add some light cardio or mobility.
