Registration fees are non-refundable. Should Tenacity AB, at its discretion, allow the cancellation of a registration, the registrant will receive a refund of the registration paid, less a 10% administration fee if requested 45 days or more prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to a scheduled event date will be subject to a 20% administrative fee should Tenacity AB choose to process a refund.
