The 3×3, what’s that? Well, the 3×3 is 3 exercises that I’ve been using as a warm up before my sessions for quite a while now. The reason for using these 3 exercises i simple… they deliver and together they find your whole body, with that I mean that they start your whole system in a lot of ways, not just getting warm, they work on joint mobility, mobility, stability, principles from the RKC-system and they also prepare you for the exercises at hand – technically. Gripper enforced irradiation in naked get-ups and other grinds

For a while now I’ve had some problems with my shoulders and i’ve been investing a lot of my time and my training to fix my shoulders and to find ways of doing it… After my trip to St Paul Minnesota where i participated in the RKC II Cert (I’m still not a RKCII, thanks to my injuries). During the tim I spent in St Paul there was a lot of new stuff to me and one of the things where i found some big changes comparing to my RKC in 2006 was the Turkish Get-up. The new version is so good for the whole body, stability, mobility.. you name it and it’s there. (more…)
