A one-day practical course for instructors, coaches, and practitioners who want to understand the theory, experience the method, and start building better training through CLA games.
This one-day course gives you a clear introduction to the method through five parts: experiencing games, theory, creating games, coaching and Q&A. You will first take part in training games, then learn the key ideas behind them, and finally build your own games so you can start applying the approach in your own teaching.
The course is designed to make the theory understandable and directly usable. You will leave with a better understanding of how to design training that develops adaptation, decision-making, and functional skill under pressure.
Suitable for instructors, coaches, and practitioners who want practical tools they can use straight away. No previous knowledge of Ecological Dynamics or CLA is required.
The course is delivered by Tommy Blom.
Tommy is the founder of Hybrid Krav-Maga and Hybrid Combatives where Ecological Dynamics and the Constraints Led Approach is the way the training is delivered to all coaches and students.
