Barbell Deadlift Plan 001 is a is a pure bred deadlift program designed to improve your overall strength in the Barbell Deadlift over a period of 4 weeks without over taxing your system.
You will be doing 3 training sessions/week and on the other days you can choose to rest or add some light cardio or mobility.
